The terms that apply to quotations, orders and use of this website.

1. Quotations
All prices are quoted per requirement and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices are subject to stock availability, condition and market movement. A quotation is not a contract until an order is confirmed in writing.
2. Condition and specifications
Condition (new, refurbished or used) is stated on every quotation. Specifications on this website are indicative and taken from manufacturer documentation; the exact revision should be confirmed before design-in or volume ordering.
3. Orders and payment
Payment terms and shipping terms are agreed per order and stated on the order confirmation. Orders are accepted subject to stock at the time of confirmation.
4. Shipping and risk
Shipping terms (DDP or EXW) are confirmed on the quotation. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed.
5. Warranty and returns
Warranty terms are stated per batch or order. Unless agreed otherwise, enterprise drives carry a 12-month warranty. Returns require prior authorisation and must be accompanied by the original order reference and fault details.
6. Website use
The content on this site is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that every specification, capacity or compatibility statement is error-free. Use of the site is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
Brand names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. References to manufacturers do not imply authorised distributor status unless explicitly stated.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Our liability for goods supplied is governed by the applicable order terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on the order confirmation. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
